INNER GEL IS CLEAR
Leaves are peeled away from plant stem (best way) - NOT CUT like other sellers may do. Narrower end will be cut to get achieve proper ship weight.
Harvested same day as I ship to you.
ALL ORGANIC KOI POND WATER USED IN GROWING THESE.  I NEVER USE CHEMICALS.  PLANTS KEEP MY WATER CLEAN IN MY POND. (See pic of my pond above) Hundreds of fish provide lots of healthy fertilizer :)
I WILL CUT/PEEL THEM AS CLOSE TO THE STEM AS POSSIBLE .. SAME DAY AS I SHIP
CAN LAST MANY WEEKS IN THE FRIDGE door or compartment that doesn't get too cold and not moist at all or they will spoil.  Low humidity.  (must not get frozen unless you harvest the juice and freeze that way)

*Concave leaves sold by some others are not as full of gel because of not getting enough water. *Fatter leaves (without rinsing gel) will  taste sweeter and less bitter than older under-watered thin leaves!
