Directions for oral application:
Recommended daily dosage for adults is 0.25 grams (a size of a grain of rice or a pea size) for 1-3 months or as directed by a healthcare provider. Dissolve in a glass (200ml) of warm water, herbal tea, or almond milk and drink before or after the meal. Daily dose can be split in 2 or 3 equal portions, to be taken throughout the day. After a period of uninterrupted consumption (1-3 months), for better results it is recommended to have a two-week break and then to resume consumption.
Storage:
