The Center Crystal – At the heart of this pyramid is a beautiful 17.2 x 8.7 mm round faceted Herkimer Diamond weighing 14.0 carats. The crystal was mined at the Ace of Diamonds Mine in Middleville, NY, purchased from a long time Herkimer Diamond miner with a guarantee as to the authenticity of the piece.
The Moldavite – The moldavite in this piece was sourced from Inner Visions Crystals, considered an authority in the Moldavite trade, and Certificate of Authenticity is included. Moldavite is a rare tektite found only in the Czech Republic formed by a meteorite impact that occurred 15 million years ago. Highly sought after by collectors and those interested in metaphysical properties & healing with crystals, it is a powerful stone of manifestation. Metal and Stone Matrix – The main body of the pyramid is comprised of a densely packed matrix of metal shavings and UV protected epoxy resin. Fine iron shavings were mixed with a generous amount of fine 24K gold powder. The metal matrix also contains crushed elite shungite, and 3 grams of tiny sparkling double terminated Herkimer diamonds, called “herkimer sugar”. For orgone energy to be generated it is important that the ratio of metals to resin (inorganic material to organic) be as close to 50/50 as possible, and since resin flows into all the space between tiny metal shavings, we strive to ensure the mix is dense, the metal particles are small, and stones that we use within the metal matrix to add to the overall energy signature of the piece are finely crushed to provide an optimal balance, with no resin “gaps.”
