USS ENTERPRISE D ( NCC-1701 D ) STAR TREK NEXT GENERATION by DIAMOND SELECT.This is NOT the 3 engine variant from “All Good Things”.
Model is from the second release with corrected neck windows. Comes with both stands. Does NOT include original box.Electronics ( lights/sound)  do not work correctly. (showpiece only) From Adult collection.In great condition cosmeticallyPlease ask all questions before purchasing.Sale is final.
I purchased this online knowing it did not function correctly. It was bought solely for display in my man cave. As such, I have not spent any time trying to determine extent of how much the lights/sound work. I think they are supposed to function independently ( when seperated) and then also have a "docking" effect when put together. There are several metal pins on the saucer which connect to the neck. I believe some of these pins are either bent or damaged and do not connect fully. If there are batteries in both, it does attempt to do the connection effect somewhat. The lights are dull and the sound is erratic. ARe these pins repaireable? I do not know and I am not the tech savy person to attempt this. I can not speak to if the lights and sound operate when they are not connected. As I mentioned, I purchased this solely to display as the Enterprise D in my office. I can not remember if I have ever even tried these when separated. I hope this answers your question. I would only recommend this to someone looking for a display piece as well.
