Use:
Lay down in a comfortable horizontal position, close eyes, have someone drop one drop at the inside corner of each of your eye lids (can be done alone too but requires more precision). When you next open your eyes the liquid will trickle into your eyes and you will experience a burning sensation. Open and close quickly a couple of times and remember to breathe deeply. After a few seconds open again and move your eyes from side to side and up and down to distribute the Sananga everywhere. The more you blink the quicker the burning sensation will dissipate.
