Will fit vintage Singer side attaching low shank sewing machines such as models 15, 27, 28, 66, 99, 101, 127, 128, 185, 201, 222 and includes the Singer Featherweight 221.

So! This is how it works.
Archive pictures used to illustrate and demonstrate the features of this type of Singer hemming attachment.
Loosen the thumb screw on your Singer Adjustable Hemmer and move the scale until the pointer is on the desired hem width (1 is narrow and 8 is wide). Tighten the thumb screw.
I folded a little edge over before feeding it into the little curly-Q under the right side of your Singer Adjustable Hemmer.
Draw this folded edge gently back and forth until it runs into the little curly-Q and folds over.

For wider hems (up to 15/16th inch), loosen the thumb screw until you can spread the scale out as far as possible and tighten the thumb screw.
It really does NOT take a lot of practice to become skilled with your vintage Singer Adjustable Hemmer Foot.

I ship using USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Package.

All goods are insured to the value of the single item or total value of goods which I can fit into one shipping box or one padded envelope.
The cost of insuring and packing materials is included in the over all shipping costs.
